In what ways can we strengthen diversity in the fields of employment and entrepreneurship? How can diversity and equality coexist in the workplace?
These and other issues were discussed at the event on “Combating discrimination and creating a diverse labor market” which took place by ADDMA in the framework of the project ENFEM: Integrating Female Third-Country Citizens into Local Communities through Employment and Entrepreneurship Strategies. The event took place with the participation of the ACCMR Committee on Refugee Women and Gender Equality.
The welcome speech was given by Melina Daskalaki – Special Advisor to the Mayor of Athens for Migrants and Refugees and President of the Reception & Solidarity Center of the Municipality of Athens (K.Y.A.D.A).
