The project co-funded under the AMIF program ENFEM  Female TCNs Integration in local Communities through Employability and Entrepreneurship Local Oriented Strategies was successfully concluded.

In its two years of work, the project brought together 12 partners.

The results obtained during the years include:

  • An online training platform tailored to TCNs and Local Actors, with a focus on their socioeconomic integration through employability and entrepreneurship. The platform ensures effortless navigation, accommodating individuals with limited digital literacy and extending accessibility to a broader audience across nine languages, and it is also available as a Mobile Application on Play Store.
  • Training and Work-based learning for women TCNs and Local Actors:  CEIPES organized study visits and open days for a total of 56 women and trained 44 Local Actors on Diversity Management and inclusion.

The results achieved were made possible through recurring activities such as literature and data analysis; focus groups with TCN women and stakeholders; and exchange of good practices.

The success of ENFEM serves as an inspiration and a testament to the transformative power of inclusive initiatives. It highlights the importance of tailored interventions in fostering the empowerment and inclusion of marginalized groups, ultimately creating a more diverse, equitable, and prosperous society for all.
