On the 10th of May 2023, CEIPES organized the second Capitalization Event of the project ENFEM – Female TCNs Integration in Local Communities through Employability and Entrepreneurship Local Oriented Strategies (project number: 101038287-ENFEM-AMIF-2020-AG) to support socio-economic inclusion of women third-country nationals (TCNs).
The event was a chance to inform local, regional, national stakeholders about the outcomes and results of the project and to promote the mainstreaming of the materials along with the possible cooperation and participation of local actors into ENFEM activities.
Indeed, the results achieved so far by the Consortium were presented to an audience of more than 30 people: representatives of various NGOs, local stakeholders and local institutions. They went through the training platform and the main topic of the materials, and they were informed about the activities CEIPES is organizing at local level to foster the direct access of women TCNs to the local labour market.
The impact of the event was very positive, the participants were interested and greatly appreciated the presented results. The initiative ended with a fruitful debate on migrants’ issues at local level and possible strategies to support them in a process of sustainable inclusion.
